Born in 1988 in “Bourgogne”, Guilllaume Tétu discovered very young his passion for music, and studied horn (with teacher Martial Prost) but also harpsichord, analysis, chamber music… at the Chalon-sur-Saône “CNR”. Passing his “First prize of Conservatory” with success aged of 16, he is also awarded with a First Prize “Raynaud-Zurfluh” from the “Royaume de la musique”. In 2006 he enters the “CNSMD” of Lyon and received teaching of David Guerrier and Michel Molinaro. Since then his young career quickly grows up. After playing with orchestras such as the “Orchestre Français des Jeunes” (OFJ), the “Orchestre national de France” or the “Sinfonia Varsovia”, Guillaume is appointed Fisrt Solo Horn at the “Orchestre National de Lyon”.

At the same time he develops an intense chamber music activity : member of the K wind quintet, he also is a regular partner of ensembles “Carpe Diem”, “Mesostics” (modern music) or the brass ensemble “7th Art Orchestra”.
